Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Creating an account is easy! Click “My Account” at the top of the page and follow the prompts. An account lets you track orders, save addresses, and speed up checkout.
Yes, we charge sales tax on orders shipped to states where it’s required by law.
Yes, we ship internationally to selected countries. Available shipping destinations are listed on the checkout page.
Not always. Items may ship separately if they are coming from different locations or suppliers. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers if this happens.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags attached. Please note: Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Oops! Contact us right away with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll send the correct item and instructions for returning the wrong one.
We’re sorry! Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We’ll replace or refund the item quickly.
Return instructions and the correct mailing address will be included in your return authorization email.
